If you would rather 1 to 1 attention than a group session, then our Personal Training is for you. Conducted at my own private studio, our qualified Personal Trainer will design a special program to target your specific fitness goals. We’ll combine cardio, strength training and boxing to get you into the best shape possible.
We know your time is precious, so our service is mobile so we can come to you to conduct a training session at your house or at a park near you.
